Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual account registered by a Player on the olxsun platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin values, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Company" means olxsun, the operator of the platform accessible at https://olxsun.cam.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on the olxsun platform.
• "Platform" means the olxsun website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all gaming and betting services made available therethrough.
• "Services" means casino games, sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live dealer tables, and any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which olxsun Accounts are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain account functions are enabled.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

To open an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Creating an Account if you are under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of olxsun.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended olxsun Account. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your location before using the Services.

When registering an Account with olxsun, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You further agree to update your Account information promptly whenever any detail changes. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in suspension or closure of your Account.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and actively monitor. All official communications from olxsun will be sent to this address.
• You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. olxsun will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• You must notify olxsun immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Only one Account is permitted per player. If duplicate Accounts are detected, the Company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close the Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonus entitlements.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

olxsun operates a comprehensive KYC programme to verify the identity and age of all players. Verification is required before withdrawals are processed and may be triggered at any time at the Company's discretion.

• Identity Document: A clear, legible copy or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Address: A document dated within the last three months confirming your residential address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document beside your face, confirming that the document belongs to the Account holder.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, olxsun may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your Account.

KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1–24 hours of submission during business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). The Company reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality pending completion of verification. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

All Account transactions on the olxsun platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit per transaction: Rp 100,000,000 (for major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri).
• Deposits made via bank transfer during standard banking hours (08:00–17:00 WIB, Monda y–Friday) are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. Transfers outside banking hours may take longer due to inter-bank processing schedules.
• Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• olxsun does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which olxsun accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50,000,000, subject to the Company's daily and weekly withdrawal limits as published on the Platform.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–24 hours, provided that KYC verification has been completed and no additional security checks are pending.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the olxsun Account holder. No third-party withdrawals will be processed under any circumstances.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed to require enhanced due diligence.
• If a deposit bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal of real-money funds is permitted.
• olxsun does not apply withdrawal fees. Processing charges levied by receiving banks or e-wallets are the sole responsibility of the Player.

olxsun offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or playthrough requirement). Until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, bonus-derived funds may not be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time window specified for each individual promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an expired wagering requirement will be removed from the Account without notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of additional Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account closure.
• olxsun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect offers already in progress unless fraud or abuse is suspected.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or void winnings generated from bonus funds if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than to engage with the Services in good faith.
• Specific promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, and Chinese New Year (Imlek) — will carry their own individual terms published at the time of the promotion.

All games and betting markets available on the olxsun platform operate according to the individual rules published within each game or market interface. The following general principles apply across all Services:

• Casino games (slots, live dealer tables, table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
• Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and AFF Cup — are governed by the specific rules of the relevant market as displayed at the time of bet placement. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voor bola (Asian handicap) wagers, and live in-play markets each carry their own settlement rules.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from the official draw authority and are final and binding upon publication.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, incomplete game round, or connectivity interruption, olxsun will make all reasonable efforts to restore game state and honour Player balances accurately. Where restoration is not possible, incomplete rounds will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of every wager before confirming placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the olxsun platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with olxsun.
• Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the accounts of other Players or to any part of the olxsun infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing olxsun staff members or other Players via any communication channel.

All content on the olxsun Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of olxsun or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without express prior written authorisation from olxsun.
• Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to olxsun for display on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, olxsun and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services.
• Technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider errors that result in delayed or failed transactions.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by circumstances outside olxsun's reasonable control.

olxsun is committed to protecting the personal data of all Players. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, olxsun collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, verify Player identity, process payments, and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored using industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption.

olxsun reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

• Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
• If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to request Account closure.
• Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause — may be made without individual notification.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation as applied by the Company's licensing jurisdiction.

• olxsun's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, Account status, and KYC requirements shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure above.
